Richard Dunn, a character actor who’s most famous for his collaboration with comics Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim has died on Friday at the age of 73.
William Kerwin, Dunn’s agent for 15 years, said Dunn was unconscious for several days at a Hollywood hospital since Sunday.
Dunn was often seen on “Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!” on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim lineup, and he was also on “Nip/Tuck,” “Weeds” and “House.”

Kerwin remembers his good friend, “He was a tall, Gary Cooper type of man — his sense of humor. Maybe that’s why he smoked — maybe to seem like someone in a Gary Cooper movie. He was very nice, a very sensible man, a natural actor, not your typical wannabe performer.”
